Gravity & Glow, Metropolitan Works
Gravity & Glow was an installation for the 'Digital Explorers’ exhibition, a showcase of works by Research Fellows at London Metropolitan University's digital manufacturing centre.
We made several experimental manipulations of scanned data from found twigs, creating objects without hand-drawn lines, but still evoking an expression of craft.

『Gravity & Glow』はデジタルデザイン展「Digital Explorers」のためにデザインしたオブジェと空間です。この展示会は、メトロポリタン大学のデジタル・ラボに所属する研究員の成果発表でした。
スキャンしたデータを3Dソフト上の機能を使って処理する完全にデジタルな操作を通して、オブジェに工芸的な表情を与えることができるか？という試みでした。
