Series of small side tables for the Cornish manufacturer MARK.
Spin Recharge table hides the clutter of mobile phone / mp3 player charger adapters and cables out of site. This is a mobile gear station to empty your pockets when you are back home.
Low & tall Spin side tables are designed to work alongside sofas and soft seating as telephone and occasional tables.
All tables are shipped flat packed, and self assembled - following ethical direction of the company, we tried to reduce transportation cost and energy.

携帯電話やMP3プレーヤー、デジタルカメラなどのアダプターを延長コードに差した状態でまとめてテーブルの下に収納し、帰宅した時にここで充電できるようにしたリチャージ・ステーション。小さなテーブルとしても使えます。テーブルから出ているコードが1本なので、それを抜いてテーブルごと持ち運ぶこともできます。
イギリスの南西端のコーンウォール地方の産業を活性化させ、持続可能な地域社会を作るために動き出した「MARK」というプロジェクトのためにデザインした商品で、搬送時の環境負荷を減らすため、使用者が簡単に組み立てできるデザインを考えフラットパックを可能にしました。
